The Diabetic Patients’ Worklist is designed to visualise patient referral data collected through the diabetes specialist nurse referral form. It presents key patient and referral information in a structured column-list layout, enabling clinicians to review multiple patients and referral statuses in a single view. The worklist was developed during the second episode of the Studio Building Hour series and demonstrates how structured clinical data captured through openEHR-based forms can be aggregated and displayed in an operational overview. It includes patient identification through the Patient ID widget and displays selected referral data fields to support quick review and coordination of care. This structure allows healthcare teams to monitor incoming referrals, prioritise patients, and review relevant contextual information captured during the referral process.
