Description
The GAD-7 score consists of seven parameters: feeling nervous, anxious, or on edge; not being able to stop or control worrying; worrying too much about different things; trouble relaxing; being so restless that it’s hard to sit still; becoming easily annoyed or irritable; and feeling afraid as if something awful might happen. Each parameter is scored on a scale from 0 (not at all) to 3 (nearly every day), with a total score ranging from 0 to 21. Higher scores indicate greater severity of anxiety symptoms.
