Description
The Urinalysis Report is organised into two main sections. It begins with the physical examination, that records macroscopic characteristics such as urine colour and appearance. The chemical examination (dipstick analysis) documents parameters including specific gravity, pH, leukocytes, nitrite, protein, glucose, ketones, urobilinogen, bilirubin, blood, and haemoglobin. Results are entered using standard semi-quantitative categories (e.g. negative, trace, +, ++, +++), ensuring consistent reporting.
